Training Program: This training program is a beginner triathlon program with a focus on limited hours during the week and consistent days of REST. The maximum hours of training is 6:30 in a week but the average is 5 hours per week.This program will have you more than ready for your first triathlon with the least amount of training. Clinics at the Race Site:

Division One Multisport will be hosting two clinics on May 3rd and May 16th at Crab Meadow Beach @ 7:30AM.  On May 3rd bring your gear to bike and run, on May 16th, bring your swim stuff too!  It is a great opportunity to practice your transition and train on the course.


Information Clinic:
Join Division 1 Multisport Coach Gary Jensen and Race Director Vicki Ventura for an informative clinic to review the course layout, a 12 week training plan, and participate in a Q and A to answer your questions so that you have a great race experience.
