    There is a $10.00 fee for each non-USAT registrant which will need to be purchased at Packet Pick Up. If you have an annual membership, you must bring your USAT card with you.

    Note: Participants must collect his/ her own event packet prior to race morning. Photo ID is required in order to collect event materials. NO ID = NO EVENT.

  • Race Start

    6:50 AM, Waves will be posted at Packet Pick Up.

  • USAT

    This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event. All athletes must have an annual USAT card or purchase a one day card at packet pick up.

  • Wetsuits

    Wetsuits are not mandatory. They are however recommended as we expect the water to be in the mid 60′s.

  • Cutoff Times

    All participants must complete the race in under 2 hours and 30 minutes.
    Swim: 30 minutes.
    Bike: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    You will have 1 hour and 30 minutes from start of your wave
    to complete the swim and bike portion of the race

    Run: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
    You will have 2 hours and 30 minutes from start of your wave
    to complete the swim and bike portion of the race

  • Clydesdale and Athenas

    Minimum weight for Clydesdales (men) is 200 lbs.
    Minimum weight for Athenas (women) is 150 lbs.

  • Minimum Age

    The minimum age allowed for participating in this event is 12 years of age.

  • Timing

    This event will be timed using the
    ChampionChip Timing System. You will receive 5 splits.
    1) Swim
    2) Transition 1
    3) Bike
    4) Transition 2.
    5) Run

  • Results

    Results will be posted on www.madetotri.com by 2:00pm on race day.

  • Awards

    The awards celebration will take place following the last finisher.

    Proceeds from this event will benefit
    two local not-for-profit organizations: Students for 60,000
    East Northport/Northport Food Pantry.

  • Policies and Refunds

    50% of your entry fee will be refunded until June 1, 2012. No refunds will be issued for any reason after June 1, 2012. Event entries are not transferable between persons, events or years. By registering for this event you agree to these refund terms. To request a refund you must email the race director at info@vicobe.com with this request.

    Course is subject to change due to any unforseen circumstances.

  • Event Photos

    Official Race Photos will be taken on race day by Capstone Photo.
