Policies
Refund Policy
50% of your entry fee will be refunded until June 1, 2012. No refunds will be issued for any reason after June 1, 2012. Event entries are not transferable between persons or years. By registering for this event you agree to these refund terms. To request a refund you must email us at vbelegrinos@vicobe.com with this request.
Packet Pick Up Policy
You must pick up your own packet prior to race day. You must bring a photo ID with you and have a USAT card or purchase a one day membership at packet pick up. You cannot send someone else to pick up your packet for you, nor can you pick up your packet on race morning.
Weather Policy
Every effort will be made to have this event on time on this date. Should this event be delayed or cancelled due to an Act of God or other circumstance beyond the race directors control there will be no refunds, credits, or transfers.
